Dr. Pojednic’s research has focused on physical activity and nutrition interventions in a variety of populations, from children to the elderly. Currently, Dr. Pojednic’s work has has had a major educational focus, working to integrate physical activity and nutrition education into the curriculum of health professionals. Prior to her current work, her research was conducted at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Joslin Diabetes Center, and Tufts University Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Sarcopenia Laboratory at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging.
